abjili Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "abjili" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at abjili.cam, including all games, services, promotions, and features offered thereon.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the abjili platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds, free spins equivalents, or other non-cashable incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by abjili before withdrawal of funds.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to Philippine Peso, the primary currency in which abjili accounts are denominated.
• "Services" means all gaming products, betting markets, promotional features, and ancillary services made available through the abjili platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the abjili platform or creating an Account, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the abjili platform and close your Account. Continued use of any abjili Service after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments.

These Terms supersede any prior agreement, understanding, or representation between you and abjili relating to the subject matter hereof.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player with abjili or any affiliated platform;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an abjili employee, agent, or service provider who has direct involvement with platform operations;
• You are not accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy service, or other mechanism for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

abjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the abjili platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form;
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete;
• Keep your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential;
• Notify abjili immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

abjili shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.

5 KYC Identity Verification

abjili is required by applicable regulations and internal anti-money laundering policies to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. The KYC process may require you to submit:

• A valid government-issued Philippine identification document (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID);
• Proof of current residential address issued within the last three (3) months (such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence);
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (where applicable).

KYC verification is a one-time requirement for each Account. Once successfully verified, subsequent withdrawals do not require re-submission of documents unless abjili requests updated documentation for compliance purposes.

abjili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal of funds pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Funds will not be transferred to any payment method not verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.

6 Deposits & Payment Methods

abjili accepts deposits through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, GrabPay, QR Ph, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, InstaPay, and PesoNet.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to abjili Accounts:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method;
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• abjili does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges independently;
• Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited within sixty (60) seconds of transaction completion;
• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your abjili Account Balance;
• abjili reserves the right to impose individual deposit limits on any Account for security or responsible gaming purposes.

All deposited funds are held in your Account in Philippine Peso (PHP). abjili does not pay interest on Account Balances.

7 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their real money Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have successfully completed KYC verification;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same Account, or to a verified method belonging to the Account holder;
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for verified Accounts;
• Withdrawals to Philippine bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are typically processed within one (1) business day;
• Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be completed before the bonus-derived portion of your Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

abjili reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests and to delay payment where there are reasonable grounds for suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

abjili offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below:

• Bonuses are issued as Bonus Credits and are held separately from your real money Balance. Real money is played first unless the promotion specifies otherwise;
• All Bonus Credits are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be satisfied before any winnings derived from Bonus Credits may be withdrawn;
• The standard Wagering Requirement for welcome bonuses is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different Wagering Requirements as stated in the individual promotion terms;
• Bonus Credits and any associated winnings expire after the period stated in the promotion terms, typically seven (7) days from the date of issue;
• abjili reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms with notice, or reclaim bonus funds where abuse of the promotion system is detected;
• Multiple bonuses may not be combined or stacked unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms;
• Players who have self-excluded or placed restrictions on their Account are not eligible to claim bonuses during the restriction period.

abjili's decision regarding bonus eligibility and the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements is final and binding.

9 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the abjili platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, sports betting markets, and bingo rooms — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.

abjili's slot and RNG-based games use certified random number generation systems that produce mathematically unpredictable outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game paytable. abjili does not manipulate, adjust, or influence game outcomes in respect of any individual player's Account.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection that interrupts a game session, abjili's game server records constitute the definitive record of game state and outcome. abjili is not liable for any loss arising from a technical fault that cannot be attributed to platform negligence.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abjili platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or facilitating the use of another person's Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with abjili games;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or unauthorized sources;
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate transactions;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward abjili staff or other players.

abjili reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances held in such Account, and refer the matter to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

abjili may suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request;
• Detection of fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or irregular betting patterns;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• Extended inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative fees at a rate of ₱100 per month until either the Balance is depleted or the player reactivates the Account.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the player, any verified real money Balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

12 Responsible Gaming

abjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Filipino players with the tools necessary to manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming controls are available to all registered Account holders through the Account Settings menu:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited into your Account;
• Session Time Limits — Configure automatic alerts or session termination after a defined period of continuous play;
• Loss Limits — Define a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month;
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to thirty (30) days;
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your Account from all real-money gaming activity for a minimum period as defined in the Responsible Gaming Policy.

abjili strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement and conducts ongoing monitoring to identify and assist players who may be displaying indicators of problem gambling. Players who believe their gambling behaviour has become harmful are encouraged to visit the Responsible Gaming page for further information and access to support resources.

abjili cooperates with PAGCOR's responsible gaming initiatives and maintains procedures consistent with PAGCOR guidelines for the identification and management of problem gambling on licensed online gaming platforms.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the abjili platform — including but not limited to the abjili brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of abjili or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the abjili platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any abjili content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the delivery of abjili Services;
• Use the abjili brand or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, abjili's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

abjili shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or gaming winnings, arising from platform use;
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, force majeure events, acts of government, natural disasters, or telecommunications failures;
• Loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided by third parties in connection with the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit abjili's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

15 Privacy & Data Protection

abjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

abjili implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. These measures include SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions and access control procedures for internal data handling.

16 Amendments to These Terms

abjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, abjili will provide advance notice through the platform's notification system, by email to your registered address, or by posting a prominent notice on abjili.cam.

The effective date of any updated Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the abjili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising between you and abjili in connection with these Terms or any abjili Service, you are encouraged to first contact abjili's customer support team to seek resolution. abjili is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly.

Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Neither party waives any right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances warrant.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
